Go To: Hoodies + Knee Hole Jeans

When it comes to Jeans and a T-shirt (or in this season Jeans and a Hoodie) it usually becomes the standard go to, at least for me! However, lately I've been all about spicing up this all time favorite look with: Knee Rip Jeans! Not only does it add a hint of skin, but the distressed jean look can add a hint of personality as well! After seeing the way it looks, whether it be dressed up with heels or dressed down with some timberlands, I don't think I want to go back to regular jeans anytime soon! I've also been loving the casual hoodie + knee hole jeans with a plot twist: heels! All of these little touches can add a personal style and turn a basic 'go to' outfit into a trendy one!

Always All About The Lace

I always have that one obsession that never goes away. If you've glanced at the picture below you've probably already guessed it: LACE! I am all about the Lace. Lace skirts, Lace Tops, Lace Lingerie...heck, if they had lace shoes I'd probably get them too! It's one of those styles that I always feel sexy in but you can still acquire a classy taste to it as well. Although it goes great any season, fall and winter are both great times of the year to bring it out. Here are some fun and sexy ways you can incorporate lace into your wardrobe. Hope this inspires you to try a new look or revamp an old one! I honestly believe lace will never go out of style, so why not learn to love it.

Personal Post: My Halloween 2015

Is it just me or did Halloween come super fast this year? I couldn't believe it! Being that it snuck up on me, I didn't get too into the pre-costume planning mood so I did some last minute costume searching, thinking, and creating. This year I came up with.... (drum roll please) A Little Black Bunny! So original, I know. It ended up being a casual yet fun night: I visited my best friends event at their store, went out for a bit, met up with people I've been meaning to see for a while, and got to see some pretty crazy and extravagant costumes. I will say, I've had better Halloweens but this year was definitely an interesting one! I didn't take many picture since my phone died pretty early but here are a few and a video I managed to get from the night. You can see more on my Instagram @AnitasWorld What did you guys dress up as? Tweet me @AnitaSamantha or leave me some comments below :)

How To Create a Mix & Match Wardrobe { Black & Grey }

Lately a lot have people have been asking me to do a post about starting a new wardrobe that is easily interchangeable. Mixing and matching clothes can be a piece of cake as long as you know how to shop properly and choose clothes in the same color palette. Since we are in Fall and approaching Winter I figured the first post I would make about this topic would be featuring Black & Grey colors. I'm all about my light airy neutrals but lately black and grey has been a go to for many celebrities, clients, and in the fashion world. Here are some takes on a black and grey wardrobe and how to create a black and grey wardrobe to mix and match.

     All you will need is:
A Grey Crop Top | A Black Bralette
 A Black pair of Jeans
Black Leggings
 A Black Dress | A Grey Dress
A Black Pair of Boots | A Grey Pair Sneakers
A Black Pair of Heels
A Black Tee | A Grey Tee
A Black Bag | A Grey Backpack
A Grey Sweater
A Black Jacket

How To Wake Up on the Right Side of the Bed - Anita Samantha

Being that it's Monday it inspired me to make this post today since it is usually the most stressful day of the week for most people. So many people wake up with stress, worry, and a huge list of things to do. Whether, it's in our mind or written down it can still cause a lot of stress and kick start some unneeded anxiety. This week's life advice is to choose one day whether it be on a Sunday or a Wednesday where you don't have anything going on until the afternoon and use it as 'you' time. Whether you have to clear your morning schedule, or wake up earlier to get this time in I believe it can help anybody's day. This is how: Wake up, don't worry about anything you have to do that day and just enjoy the peace. It's that simple. Whether that means turning off your phone, making yourself that favorite cup of coffee with your favorite creamer ( I go for hot chocolate), relaxing on the couch with some good morning television and some pancakes, reading a magazine you've been eyeing, or just scrolling through your iPad catching up on your friends and family's social media. Whatever you want to do, make it about YOU and eliminate any thought that can stress you out and you will notice a huge change in your day. Wake up on the right side with me!
Let me know how it goes.

Easing Into Fall Fashion - 4 Wardrobe Essentials for Colder Seasons

Fall is officially here and I couldn't be happier! Since we all know how the weather doesn't change overnight I thought I'd make this post about easing into my favorite fall Fashion. There are only 4 Wardrobe essentials needed and of course they are stylish! As you all know I love my Nudes & Neutrals as you'll see below. Here are my 4 Fall Wardrobe Essentials for Fall:

1. A Go To Scarf
Whether you want to splurge on a designer or just pick a color that goes with most of your wardrobe, all you need is a good go to that can keep you warm and that will accentuate most of your outfits!

2. A Casual Comfy Sweater.
Not only will a big throw over sweater keep you warm, but you can also pair it with majority of your summer / spring outfits like a tank top and ripped jeans, or even shorts and a t shirt. I can keep you feeling comfy and warm but it will also add a cozy laid-back fall look.

3. A Going Out Coat
Whether it's Heavy & Trench Styled or Light & Silky a long coat can compete all of your night time looks. Whether you want to pair it with a skimpier co-ordinate or a short dress it will still keep you warm and add some cover up to all your go to outfits.
4. Thigh High Boots
Thigh High boots are actually my favorite part about the cooler seasons! Not only can you pair them with just about anything but they instantly add sex appeal and a reminder that you can still be sexy while covering up and adding a fall/winter essential.

What Does The Way You Sleep | Your Sleeping Position Say About You?

I was recently reading an article on Lady Life Hacks about how the position in which we sleep can tell us about our personalities. I've read something similar before so I decided to look into it (being that I'm a psychology major) and thought I would share! Now, I don't know how accurate this may be but from what studies show it can help you understand your personality and some traits about yourself a bit better. I personally sleep in the #4 position below and sometimes #2. Want to find out what that means for me? I will say mine was accurate. I'll explain all four positions so you can see if yours is right too!

1. The Back Sleeper
Those who sleep on their back tend to be confident and secure in almost any situations that comes there way, they also are good at approaching new people. Now, if you take it a step further and like to spread your arms and legs out as well, it means you can have an arrogant side.

2.  The Fetal Position Sleeper
This position can mean you are timid and shy. It may be difficult for you to step out of your shell in new environments and you often time feel better if someone else you feel comfortable with is near you.

3. The Belly Sleeper
The belly sleeper is known to be a leader and very good at taking charge of things their life. They also hate being wrong and often times think they are always right or are always right!

4. The Side Pillow Sleeper
The side pillow sleepers are often very analytical thinkers. They are easily adaptable and often times overcome hardships with a strong mental mind set.

Alright guys mine was pretty accurate! Were yours? Let me know in the comments below or tweet me : @AnitaSamantha

Food Porn: My Favorite Breakfast

Breakfast has always been one of my favorite meals! Not only can it be filled with sweet & savory carbs like waffles or pancakes but it can also be salty with a mix of bacon & eggs. Whichever you prefer you can have it all in one meal! I recently came across the perfect breakfast and had to share! Whether you make a meal at home or head to your local diner for some waffles and warm syrup below is my mini, breakfast food porn of the day! Waffles, powdered sugar, warm syrup, chocolate, toast, ham & eggs, & country fried steak. What more could you ask for?

All About Heels - How To Choose The Best Statement Shoes for Summer

During Summertime if there's one thing we are constantly flashing, it's our Legs! Being that I pretty much live in bikini's, shorts, skirts, and dresses during Summer why not add some heels to show off my legs even more? Now, the most important thing is choosing the RIGHT heels. Whether they are wedges, chunky heels, or thin stilettos you have to make sure you choose the right ones for your outfit and also the right color scheme. Since I usually wear more airy, neutral colors in Summer I have put together my go to styles of heels and wedges that accommodate all of the above.

1. The Suade Grey Wedge.
You really can't go wrong with Wedges during Summer. They are comfy & go great with almost any day time outfit. Grey is one of my favorite colors lately, (As Seen Below) not only do they add some pizazz but they are still in the neutral realm staying trendy but not over the top.

 2. The Casual & Classic Nude Wedge
This wedge is one I believe every girl should have. Typically leather straps with what many of my girlfriends and I call "hay backs". These are always a staple for Summer. Not only can you wear them with any Bikini but you can also pair them with a super casual outfit with the sole purpose of extenuating those legs and adding length. I pretty much equate these to casual sandals but in a wedge form!

3. The Sexy Statements
Below are one of my favorite types of heels! Detailed, Chunky, Strappy, & SEXY! Not only do these add a ton of height and length to your legs, but they are a statement piece. The design can completely draw attention to the legs without having an overbearing color scheme. When it comes to patterns and colors you have to choose one in my opinion, and below show the perfect way to do so.

 The Pretty Pastels
The Pretty Pastels are beautiful with a white dress, neutral colored outfit, white jeans, or dressing up a cute morning look for brunch. They will add a feminine flare and fun to whichever outfit you choose.

Which ones your favorite?

Personal Post: My 4th of July Weekend 2015 : Fireworks, Food, Friends ,Barbecues, & Bikini's

Hello Loves! Today I wanted to share a little inside on my 4th of July since a lot of you ask me to make my blog a little more personal. I figured this was the perfect mix! Celebrating Fourth of July is always a great reflection of my typical Summer days filled with sun, food, family, and friends (and some sort of rushing around lol). This Fourth of July I actually did a lot of barbecue hopping and went to see as many friends and family members as I could since I feel like I haven't been out to socialize with everyone in a while. I don't think I've ever driven around so much and seen so many people in a 12 hour span! It was so great catching up with everyone and being able to make it just in time for the fireworks at my family's house. It honestly was the perfect mix this year and I couldn't be happier.
How did you guys celebrate the 4th this year? Tweet me @AnitaSamantha or comment any of my social media letting me know! <3
love always, AnitaSamantha

How cute is my little bug?! He was all excited to celebrate!

4th of July Outfits 2015 - Four of the Best Outfit Ideas

Fourth of July is all about eating good food, enjoying the summer weather, and celebrating our country with some beautiful fire works to show for! Whether you want to be laid back at a barbecue, low key at your family's house, or partying with your friends, each of these outfits should be tailored for you! Hope it give you some inspiration :)

1. Festive, Playful, & Fun!
A simple graphic tee paired with some festive American flag shorts is the perfect way to make a statement and show your fun & flirty side.

2. The Statement Piece
Whether you want to be more simple, or you don't feel like going out and buying a new outfit, a statement piece is perfect for you! Try a 4th of July color schemed scarf, or some red shoes & clutch, maybe even a bandana to finish off a regular outfit, any statement will do and it can still be festive without being over the top.

3. Patterns & Color Country Style
Sometimes we aren't always into incorporating all of the colors of 4th of July but still want to dress festive and cute! The outfit below is the perfect way to do so by simply choosing the right patterns paired with simple colors for your look.

4. Cool & Casual
Since Fourth of July's are red white and blue you can always go with a simple white tee, some blue jean shorts, and red shoes. Top it off with some ray bans and you'll be the coolest one at the party while keep it simple and coy.

Kylie Jenner & Kendall Jenner SnapChat Stories : Todays Look!

Snapchat has quickly become one of the highest rated social media apps around and who's easily one of the most viewed? Kylie Jenner! Thanks to Snapchat & Instagram I quickly noticed Kylie's most recent look where I instantly fell in love with her quilted multi-colored jacket she's been sporting from Miami to Los Angeles after her premiere at Miami's Sugar Factory. Can we please talk about that multi-colored quilted jacket with those slightly darker famous Kylie Jenner lips & color?! Total Perfection! After doing some more research on the outfit I saw how adorable Kylie & Kendall were today once she landed back in LA. Both Kylie & Kendall sported matching black leggings / yoga pants with identical matching grey sneakers. Kylie vamped up her look with her edgy style additions which included a infamous Kylie Jenner dark plum lip, white cap, black ankle socks, and my obsession : that jacket! While Kendall kept it simple with minimal makeup, low rise socks, a black tank, and some ray bans. Loving both of these daytime looks! Oh & I will get to the bottom of this jacket, I need it in my life!
xx Anita Samantha

By the end of the night Kylie Jenner Instagramed a photo of her and Kendall rollerblading, same outfits except Kendall added a jacket and headpiece! How cute are they? #Love

Todays Inspiration : Don't Overlook The Present While Working Towards The Future

Most of us are all chasing a dream and if we've already achieved it we are looking for ways to improve it and add more greatness to what we've already created. This is such a wonderful thing: to strive for greatness and expand our goals. There is just one thing to keep in mind: Don't Miss Out On What You Have In The Moment While Working Towards What You Want! I've made this mistake before and ever since I woke up one morning and realized we may never get the same moment twice or be put in the same circumstances again. Good or Bad I realized how important it is to not forget to live in the moment. Sometimes we get so caught up in the chase of "the better" and "our ultimate goals" that we don't appreciate the moments of "the now". When it comes down to it, Life is so much deeper than achieving goals, we also need to enjoy the presence of others, being engulfed in conversations, learning about the stories others tell us, the laughter with our friends, the meals with our families, new people that walk into our lives, and the potentials of love or growing with our current partner or into a new relationship. These are all such important factors of life because if you have just a dream the moment you get it, it will be lonely or you may look back and realize you didn't give deeper components of life enough attention. Hope this sparks some inspiration for you all! Just Remember, Live in the Moment while Looking towards living your dreams!

Travel Now | My New Blog Series

So many of us want to travel and never take the time too, others have never truly got to experience what traveling is like so never gained that urge. Thanks to an array of my lifestyle, I personally have traveled a fair share and must say I feel more and more blessed every time. Now, I am someone who loves to explore, experience new things, new people, new places, new cultures (if you've read my about me tab you probably already know this). However, I've never been more inspired to share the beauty of traveling as I am now. I truly wish I started this blog series sooner so I could've uploaded through my previous journeys and as I went along but I may still gather some photos of past traveling experiences and post along with the new ones to come.
In this new Travel Series I will be incorporating Travel Tips, Travel Photos, Traveling Thoughts, New Places, New Experiences, Traveling Bucket Lists, and More! I hope you enjoy because I am so excited to share this series with you all and hopefully inspire you all to open up new doors, new worlds, and a new life.
