How To Create a Mix & Match Wardrobe { Black & Grey }

Lately a lot have people have been asking me to do a post about starting a new wardrobe that is easily interchangeable. Mixing and matching clothes can be a piece of cake as long as you know how to shop properly and choose clothes in the same color palette. Since we are in Fall and approaching Winter I figured the first post I would make about this topic would be featuring Black & Grey colors. I'm all about my light airy neutrals but lately black and grey has been a go to for many celebrities, clients, and in the fashion world. How To Wake Up on the Right Side of the Bed - Anita Samantha

Being that it's Monday it inspired me to make this post today since it is usually the most stressful day of the week for most people. So many people wake up with stress, worry, and a huge list of things to do. Whether, it's in our mind or written down it can still cause a lot of stress and kick start some unneeded anxiety. This week's life advice is to choose one day whether it be on a Sunday or a Wednesday where you don't have anything going on until the afternoon and use it as 'you' time. Whether you have to clear your morning schedule, or wake up earlier to get this time in I believe it can help anybody's day. This is how: Wake up, don't worry about anything you have to do that day and just enjoy the peace. It's that simple. Whether that means turning off your phone, making yourself that favorite cup of coffee with your favorite creamer ( I go for hot chocolate), relaxing on the couch with some good morning television and some pancakes, reading a magazine you've been eyeing, or just scrolling through your iPad catching up on your friends and family's social media. Whatever you want to do, make it about YOU and eliminate any thought that can stress you out and you will notice a huge change in your day. Wake up on the right side with me!
