New Organic Plant Based | Raw Food | Vegan Journey

I think I have finally made the stern decision to try a more plant based, organic, raw form of eating. I have extensively researched the differences of a plant based diet, raw food diet, and vegan diet. Although I am not officially becoming a defined Vegan yet, I am transforming into a much more organic, raw, plant based diet as often as possible and hopefully see some wonderful changes. Weight loss is not important in this decision, but Health & seeing how wonderful my body, mind, and energy level reacts to it is my motivation. Looking forward to this journey and taking you all along with me!💛 I will be posting much more blog posts and YouTube videos about this as my journey goes along.
